Supports for Pregnant & Parenting Teens

This program, available in Connecticut school districts with the highest teen pregnancy and school dropout rates, provides support to assist parenting student’s high school completion as well as the health and wellness outcomes of the students and their children. A wide variety of materials were created to feel inclusive and welcoming.
